I think this is the right forum? Maybe Miscellaneous would be good, but I don't want to post it in both. Anyway, I'm streaming my practice online 40 minutes from posting this thread, and will go for two hours. I'm going to update my signature constantly telling when my next sessions will be, along with the link to follow, if any of you are interested.

I think this will help me practice more efficiently, because I'll have the knowledge that people are watching me and I shouldn't just mess around.

But I would never record *myself* practising piano. I would just mess up every single note and it wouldn't be a good practise session at all! Piano+camera+me don't mix so well

That's actually a reason to record yourself more. Everyone have that problem in the start, so don't worry about it

This is cool. I do like (greatly prefer) the comforts of solitude and anonymity, though. There have been a couple times I was carrying a recorder in my pocket with a bunch of other stuff and being pressed on it began recording in my pocket unawares. This happened in the morning last December 7th, 2010, and I still have the files. Points to the first person to guess the piece.

That's easy to set up. Just like youtube or facebook. I downloaded their application "ustream producer" where you just have to click a few buttons, adjust your mic and webcam and off it goes.
They're ad-supported.
