To me this is like a short history of the "I am" "Ich bin" "ego eimi"(ancient Greek) "eieh asher ejeh" (ancient Hebrew) in time lapse. Very dramatic. Very very dense!!

Yes, I have a sense too that there may be more -- and I can start to feel its shape and language.

I enjoy any response, but I thought I'd invite, in the spirit of the "guidelines" which was posted by Derek awhile ago, any sorts of musical responses a person may feel compelled to post :).  No pressure, of course :).  Even if --or maybe even especially if-- you are "afraid" that it is better than mine ... even if by far... I won't be mad, just happy :).

It meets with my Steps project, though it's different, or because it's different, but it is close too, because I see also the center of Steps as something that has to do with "Ich Bin". So this is one reason why I actually felt motivated to post no. 9 (Excerpts) in the Steps thread :)

I will be sure to listen :).

(I have changed the title of this thread (and wasn't sure but questioning) so that "Bin" is capitalized.)

Ohhh I am sorry, that's not the normal way to write it, normally it's "ich bin" but as this is a very special concept for me, with a long history, I often capitalize it when I am using it in a philosophical/artistical context. Not in allday life though.

Well, I guess I meant it more leaning towards the divine, and would think to capitalize it because of that.  In this context, it's OK to capitalize, or does it not actually make any sense?

Raindrop prelude meets Keith Jarrett's Vienna Concert part 2!  Jk, it doesn't sound like those except on the surface. This is really good though, very powerful. I like to explore feelings like this as well, but what impresses me about your music (and has in many other pieces) is your ability to "sustain" a certain feeling for so long.

Thank you for listening and for your feedback.  I don't know Keith Jarrett's Vienna Concert part 2, and I had to actually think a little bit about the Raindrop prelude part ... but then I understood that it's especially that repeating note, I think you mean.  I think it's interesting and fun to learn of people's impressions, as this was an improvisation in which I had something very certain in mind.  It's meant to unlock a door :).
