A Bach book for Harriet Cohen

Does anyone happen to have 'A Bach Book for Harriet Cohen'? I can imagine it is still under copyright since it is from the 20th century, if so, can anyone then point me in the right direction where i can buy it. Been looking for it for some time now.

In the meanwhile, a friend provided me with the digital sheet already and i managed to order a copy from the original publisher (oxford), so as far as i am concerned, this topic can be considered closed.
