Not sure if they are on line, but Dover might publish a translation of the exercizes for the Chopin Etudes.

There is this thing called google! If you write what you are looking for, there is a slight chance that the biggest search engine in the world might find it for you.

(I'm being like this, because I did this search myself, and it took me less than a minute to find it those exercises)
