piano recital tonight
on: June 05, 2011, 08:54:52 PM
Hey guys,

I stopped playing piano for about a year and this is my first piano recital coming back and I'm playing Haydn's Sonata No. 23 Presto. I've attached a quick recording (not my finest). I am super nervous about forgetting it as I don't have much time to practice (still a student, 14).

I would appreciate any tips,

Thanks,
Kevin

Hi Kevin! ;D

well ... for me, being perpetually part of the adoring audience, it sounds and
feels very Haydn! ;D  Again for me .... very well played.

Unless the corrections are very minor, it is a bad idea to change at this stage.
It will only further heighten your anxieties.  GOOD LUCK!!

Sounded very nice.  How'd the recital go?
