Piano Technique

Hey guys.
I am new here and i wanted to ask what exactly is the definition of "Piano Technique".
I've heard stuff such as " This guy's technique is awsome " or " cziffra had an amazing technique".
I just want to know what Exactly we mean when we say piano technique.

I mean what is piano technique.
What a good piano technique consists of for example?

There's a big difference between the definition of piano technique and good piano technique.  The former could be anything from using your nose or fist, the latter is fairly specific.  See my post in Performance.

piano technique is how you manipulate your body to produce specific musical effects on the piano.

Great piano technique is based on how smoothly and quickly the fingers move, body posture, the ease and fludiity of playing musical passages and the resulting tone from the piano as a result of the use of muscles in the hands. It includes the ability to play the correct notes and rhythm, phrasing and dynamics style and articulations by the use of the fingers. It also includes an efficient use of the wrist, arms , body, torso, and feet to produce music that is what the composer intended, expressive, resonant and musical.

 These are the general aspects of technique but there are pianist who violate these principle. But in general when they talk about technique that is what they see.
