Can anyone please tell me what edition or version of La Campanella
Kissin used in his 1997 concert at the Royal Albert Hall in London?

As to what publisher--who knows? There are actually two versions of the Paganini etudes, and he's playing the most typically played one -- the revision (2nd version, in D# minor rather than e-flat minor).

check out Hamelin's transcription of it on his Kaleidoscope album.

You mean g sharp minor instead of a flat minor.
Bach: Toccata BWV 914
Beethoven: Sonata op. 57
Liszt: HR 12
Rachmaninoff: Prelude op. 32 no. 12
Prokofiev: Suggestion Diabolique
Liszt: La Campanella
Rachmaninoff: Piano Concerto no. 2, op. 18
