I'm no concert pianist :P
Right now I'm at about level 7/8 (AMEB) level, playing Bartok's Bulgarian Rhythm VI and Beethoven Rondo in C, along with some other things.
I do scales, arpeggios and all that but no specific studies or exercises.

Can you tell me what exactly I should be doing?

(If you say Hanon, please tell me which exercises exactly. Same goes for Czerny etc.)

I think it is much more complicated than that. You should address what your needs are first. I don't have a very supple/flexible wrist, probably because I didn't start taking lessons till I was almost 14. My teacher picked out 5 different Hanon exercises and  4Czerny studies for me to work on exclusively for the greater part of the semester. HOWEVER...and this is really important...it was how she had me work on them that made a difference.

Technique is so specific to the individual that it really is something to be worked on with your teacher.
