Grieg Sonata

i'll maybe start to learn the only one Grieg sonata for piano.. it souns great! do you like? what do you think about grieg and about the sonata? is it difficult or easy? last year i plaied very well d664 opus120 from schubert; is grieg sonata in line whit my «capacities»?

grieg is one of my favorit piano composers
i don't know how hard his sonata but i love it
his ballad is also great

Grieg Sonata is somewhat difficult and I'm not sure what Schubert piece you mean, so I can't compare.  I played the Grieg Sonata at a recital in college.  I love it!  The slow movement is gorgeous!!

I love it. It's not particulary hard, but very awkward - the left hand trills in the 4th movement are a nightmare to play in time, and theres lots of funny chord things. The 1st movement is also kind of hard.
