What is the best way to find good teachers?

Dear ALL
My kid is learning piano now, and some teachers told me my kid is talented. (really?)
And, some teachers told me that I should let my kid to learn composing.
Actually, I don't know anything about piano.
Any advise to find good teachers? I'll spend more time reading articles in forum, too.
