When you have to play an "Etude of Virtuosity" what do you play? What are your favorites?

I play something that isn't Chopin. Try Moszkowski's etudes. There are many compositions of the form post 1850.

My favorite etudes are those of Chopin. Charles Alkan has a nice set as well, though they begin the breach the realm of ridiculous.
