Is it possible to make up for not doing an undergrad at a conservatoire?
on: July 06, 2011, 05:19:59 PM
I have done a BA honours in performance at a university, and a PG diploma at RNCM, which I was no where near ready for. The pianos were school pianos, and the teachers were rubbish. I know I am light years behind anyone who has done an undergraduate course at a conservatoire, especially the London conservatoires. Just how much have I missed out on? Is it possible with a private tutor and masses of dedication to make up for this and eventually have a career?
