Barber Excursions III - difficulty

Recently realized I want to learn this piece. Injured hand though so can't play for a while.

How hard is this piece out of 10? Just curious

If Ondine = 9
Beethoven Pathetique = 5

Probably 7. It's around Licentiate standard.
