What is the point of these threads? All we get from you is a video, no text at all. Are you just looking for a "good job!"?

I've seen people give you very good comments and suggestions to perfect it even more (to their taste), but I've never seen any responses from you.

It annoys me really, because some people here are actually looking for feedback, but may be overlooked due to members taking/wasting their time listening to you instead. While that might be pleasant, you seem to not care what people think, so why bother?

Well maybe she doesn't speak English so very well and it's difficult for her to write an answer! You never thought about that?  :-\ I mean it says on her youtube channel that she's from Taiwan.
She plays really good! I wish I could play so good!!  :)  8)

I reckon a simple phrase like "Thank you for the comments" can easily be Google Translated, although there are no reasons to think she doesn't know English. Being from Taiwan is a bad one.

I certainly do not create accounts on Taiwanese/Chinese forums only to google translate their responses and give no replies. If I did, wouldn't you find that peculiar?

Well but there are other people too who don't always say thank you  :P (she did say thank you a few times if you look at her last posts). And I'm sure she understands the responses but it's a lot harder to talk and write than to understand. I understand French pretty ok, and German, but if I have to say something I feel a little embarrassed because I know I'm not saying it right.
I mean I think it's very nice to say thank you too when someone gives you advice or comments on your post but... it might be more difficult if you're not that good at English I guess  :-\  :)  :P

I think little tune said it best.  I, too, would expect a reaction to my comment, but I look at it this way:  I listened to it, I liked it, I said I liked it, end of story.   8)  (Actually, I didn't listen to this.  I listened to the chopin scherzo  :P)

Your playing level is very high, but I think that this piece is still out of your reach. The interpretation is painfully slow.

I disagree, the tempo is just fine. In fact, one of my favorite performances of this piece is about one minute slower https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HlNLJ_EghEA. I hate when people rush through pieces, in this particular case Lang Lang comes to mind.

I've never seen a person so young play such a piece (except George Li) and you play it beautifully.
Funny? How? How am I funny?

Hi: I hope you take the trouble to read this.  You are certainly an amazing talent for one as young as yourself. And I suppose you are very used to people piling compliments on you all over the place.  However, I am going to ask you a different question. How do you think this piece or any of the pieces you play now will differ let us say when your 21. How will they grow? How should they grow?. Where do you want to take them? You of course must listen to and watch Someone like Yuja Wang , or Jundi Li, or Valantina Listia , or Martha Agerich, etc. As good as you are now, you know that you still have a mountain to climb. Your a prodigy now, but those years end oh so quickly. I loved this and its my hope that this piece keeps growing with you. That, your amazing technique is accompanied by an equally amazing artistic vision for all of the music you play. Please continue to post , but start a dialogue with some of us on piano street. We have some things to say that are worth listening to and then responding to.

All the very best, Kelly
Current recital pieces
Chopin Fantasy Impromptu
Prokofiev Tocatta in D minor op 11
Schubert Wanderer Fantasy
Chopin Ballade in G Minor
