It's just a curious thought. How is it defined?

It really isn't.  There are several ways this can go about being "defined" as it were.  The fact remains that almost anything that could be said about the topic results in fights on here.... So I think it's better left unanswered.  Besides, I've had to fix disasters of techniques as a result of the wrong sort of Russian teaching.
