What grade am I?
on: September 15, 2011, 04:48:36 PM
Okay, so I know I probably sound really new and kind of dumb but I'm not exactly sure about my grade. My teacher, said I'm a grade four in the pieces that I am playing (sonatina's, minuets, etc.) And, I'm using John Thompson's Scale Speller right now. So, do these to things match up in grade? If not do I go by what I've learned from my theory books, or what I have the ability to play? Thanks, all help is appreciated.
