A piece I should be able to play by now
on: September 19, 2011, 04:40:07 AM
I'm a self thought pianist, I'm 19 and it's been about 3 years now since I started and I'd like for someone to point me to a piece that I should be able to play at this point.

I don't know my grade and I've never taken a lesson or even met another pianist who could give me their opinion - it's become somewhat of a fantasy of mine to meet another pianist in person.

Thanks in advance

Aeon.

bonus points if the piece you pick is on youtube since I do at least know that my sheet reading ability is below average - I can't stand it.

Try playing Solfeggietto by C.P.E Bach and practice reading the notes.
