Playing Un Sospiro

I am having trouble playing the very fast part in Un sospiro in bars 30 through 34, the hard part which requires you to play long runs up and then back down, any playing tips etc?

have tried slowing it down. and before you say yes, i mean really slow it down, as in to a crawl? can you play it with intention (i.e. at controlled speed every gesture and note has a purpose and plan)?

yes, i totally agree with 49410enrique. i had played that piece, and those running passages indeed have to move really slowly. as for the chords halfway, try to strengthen ur finger muscles and reach them, be flexible in your wrists to control your hands, so its the most comfortable position to reach those chords. i dont know how to explain myself well... its just the way i played the piece.
