A few suggestions for Liszt, you can listen to all these on Youtube:

La Romanesca S252a
Nocturnos (No.3 Liebstraum is the most commonly played)
Harmonies poétiques et religieuses (Funérailles is the most commonly played)
Consolations
Rossini-Liszt: Soirées musicales III L'Invito (Bolero)
Rossini-Liszt: Soirées musicales IX La Danza
Schubert-Liszt: Der Doppelganger
Schubert-Liszt: Auffenhalt
Schubert-Liszt: Die Stadt
Schubert-Liszt: Abschied
Schubert-Liszt: Gute Nacht
Schubert-Liszt: Erstarrung
Mendelssohn-Liszt: Wasserfahrt
Schumann-Liszt: Frühlingsnacht

I'm a die hard Liszt fan but I probably haven't even heard a quarter of his works :-\ there's much much more out there.
