yeah this is a very awkward run, i like a lot of Percy's stuff but his choice to here is bad news at faster tempos (i.e. you can get away with it slowly but as you eek up the pace to match what the orchestra will be doing it puts you in a position to sound very choppy and segmented vs. a single unified harmonic swell).
i am actually still fixing parts of this run as i had to change the fingering very late in the game becuase of the above problems.
my solution to this was:
LH-4321,4321,4321->2,1234,1234,1234,1234
RH-1234,1234,1234->5,4321,4321,4321,432(either 3 or 1 both work okay )
remember fingering is very personal there are sometimes multiple fingers that will be okay the best one is the one you can play best (generally).
the suggestions on the CMaj7 runs at the end of this section are pretty okay and i'm going with them since i don't like the awkward stretch alt versions put me in, the shifting of the entire hand up and down those runs works pretty well since you're only on the white keys but stay very close to the keyboard and slide up and down rather than lifting to reset.
you'll probably want to figure out a differnt fing for the c# dim 7, the suggestion on the final a half dim 7 works okay too.
hope that helps.
