on: September 06, 2004, 03:57:38 PM
Hi guys,

Long itme din drop message here~Now i have a very interesting question to raise up..
Do you think that, those who plays very well are actually in a very different mind set when they preform? Why are they look so passionate when they are with their music?
what's the different then between the insane and the virtuoso? ::)

Different mind set from what? From what YOU are in when you perform? I would guess they may be -er-concentrating... ;)

People who are only insane without being virtuoso simply do not sound half as nice.  :P

People who pursue anything seriously are -in some sense- insane. If what they are doing was sane, why doesn't everyone else do the same?
They often look insane as well (Sumo wrestlers? Extreme climbers?).
People who do not pursue anything seriously are boring. Now choose.  ;D ;D ;D

From close enough, no one is normal. ;D
The music business is a cruel and shallow money trench, a long plastic hallway where thieves and pimps run free, and good men die like dogs. There's also a negative side. (Hunter Thompson)

Made me chuckle,
Have you seen the movie "The Red Violin".  I think they really capture some of the many faces of serious musicians.  I confess I laughed right out loud in a number of places in this movie.
