Images: Reflets Dans l'eau

Hello, this is the first post and so it'll too serve as my introduction...
I'm an ameatur Jazz/Classical student and have only just become aquainted with the constellations of Debussy... though it is all I have listened to since.
It's brief because I have oatmeal on the stove!
So, my question comes with the circumstance that I'm just learning to read for the first time since my childhood lessons. I worked through Clair de Lune fine but Images: Reflets dans L'eau has proved itself challenging in a couple of spots just on the first page!
One is m. 9-10, if I could just have those chordes spelled out for me... it's the double flats where I get confused. Same thing with m. 14.
I think I know it but confirmation would be most appreciated.
Thanks! I look forward to contributing to this forum, surely as the voice naivity to entice those wiser into responding... out of pity or compassion!

Its (bbH=A) Eb Ab. First chord.
same bbH=A Fb=E Ab so, A E Ab is the second you asked about.
