Need Help Czerny op.599

hi , I've been playing piano for about 2.5 years. now i'm playing Czerny op.599 and I have a problem.
in exercise no.58 I have speed problem when it comes to 32-notes.how can I aim Aleggreto speed ( 108 ) in 2/4?!
It's so fast! I cant even imagine that! i've played hanon exercises up to 7. my teacher has just blamed me that i didn't play hanon much.
please guys , help me how can I afford this exersices.
