Looking for the score of John Fould's "April-England"

Hi all,

I've been looking for the score to the British composer John Fould's "April-England" without any luck.  I really want to perform this work, but from what I can gather it hasn't been published.  I know that the score exists somewhere, as it has been recorded at least twice (by Paul Jacobs and Kathryn Stott).  Any help would be greatly appreciated!
