anime improv
on: December 11, 2011, 06:32:08 PM
thought this was cool enough to post in here since hopefully those that read in this board appreciate how cool this improvistion is (this is not me and unfortunately due to language limitations i don't know a whole lot about this recording) , from an imported japanese album of jazzy versions of popular anime themes, this is actually an old jazz standard believe by bart howard? (sinatra sang a popular version ), fly me to the moon from the anime 'neon genesis evangelion"

anyways hope you guys enjoy listening to it as much as i have.

Yeah, I liked it a lot, but I'd like even more to hear your own stuff!

I only listened to portions of the wonderful improv but it really was enough to form judgment:cool, I don't hear too much anime music, let alone anime improvs. Somehow for no reason reminds me of some songs from final fantasy. I'm lovin it.

I really enjoy anime stuff, and without a doubt neon genesis evangelion. This is a great improv! I can't wait to get good enough to try the official sheet for this.
