Hi Everyone,

Here is my interview with 1980 Chopin Competition First Prize winner, and current jury member, Dang Thai Son. He was the winner of the competition that ultimately made Ivo Pogorelich famous.
I asked him about Chopin, Daniil Trifonov, Ingolf Wunder, Vladimir Horowitz, Lang Lang, and his views on the Pogorelich controversy.

Thanks for reading, as always :)

Dang Thai Son is an amazing performer, teacher, and person. I was fortuniae enough to attend one of his recital's and the next day a masterclass by him (I sat on stage first row right behind the two pianos). This interview is quite a treat, thanks for sharing!

Thank you for reading ! Dang Thai Son is an incredible talent. It's a shame he isn't more well-known to those who love the instrument.
