Suggestions please!!!

hello everybody! i know im in the right place... where else could it be... to ask for a advice...

i am preparing my last piano examn at the conservatory and i have this:

Brahms Op. 72 no. 2 to open
Chopin Op. 53
Rachmaninof Op. 16 no. 4 and 5

and Rachmaninoff 2nd Piano Concerto...

its most a romantic programme... i need i quiet piece of music... like liszt ave maria transcription...

any ideas??

any suggestion will do. thanks a lot a lot in advance and i hope i have made my point.

You could try In der Nacht op. 12 no. 5 by Schumann. It may be a little dramatic for what you are looking for, but it could work.

This piece is a very impressive piece that I think would blow the examiner(s) away:

Liszt - Les jeux d'eau à la Villa d'Este ( Années de pélerinage )

If I were in your position, I would pick several pieces from this suite:

Kruisleriana - Schumann
Really beautiful pieces that will definitely impress judges if played well! And these pieces aren't overplayed.

Ottorino Respighi's "Notturno" in G-flat major would be nice.

great! any other Liszt piece of music ideas? like the one i mentioned... the schubert-liszt transcription Ave María, but i dont want a transcription. thankss
