I have to accompaniment for my seniors on this next january but my wrist got hurt when I practice it.  The right hand notes consist of staccato chord in triplet.  How do I make the right posture to play.  My piano senior told me to use just wrist...but how do I that...I always got tense and move my arm together. Can anyone give me some advice
