Mozart Suggestions
on: December 27, 2011, 04:40:13 AM
Hey yall!
Well I haven't learnt ANY pieces from Mozart EVER so during these summer holidays I want to learn one.
So do yous have any grade 6,7 or 8 Mozart pieces you have in mind?
Dont worry, I have played many Haydn and Bach before so dont think I'm going for the big stuff straight away

A good place to start would be, I think, his piano sonatas.
They are really charming and pleasant pieces that are fun to play with.
They also definitely help with improving that certain 'classical touch'.
Try:
Piano Sonatas - K279, K283 and K284.
