Hi folks,
At the mement I am doing my recording trials with a better digital recorder-sony. But soon will upgrade. Meanwhile I did these two recordings Chopin op10-10 and op10-4 on 31-12-11. Op10-10 was done after 4.3 months of studying with 20 minutes a day. As  time goes by (1 year) the playing will be much better. Please have a listen to both that I want get a general impression from you. Op10-4 was played with no pedal, perhaps at the end. I like it that way,,,but have your say anyway.... Thanks

Not too bad for 4 months work -  :P

With the C#minor study - I think you could benefit from some work with the metronome at a much slower tempo - your playing right now is too uneven and rushed in places.

When a search is in progress, something will be found.

pretty good for 20 minutes practice every day for 4 months. I seriously recommend practicing with a metronome at a slow speed for 80 percent of practice. no 10 etude-I was impressed by the eveness of your playing and the steadiness of speed. It was consistent. no4: different story. It was really bumpy. I really prefer that you slow it down to a speed to which you are comfortable with and can play it evenly with no mistakes from beginning to end.

Funny? How? How am I funny?

thanks very much Pianoplay, as matter of fact, op10-10 was done without metronome...but op10/4 do need a metromone and slow down process to improve my acuracies. To explain this, I think my natural beat suit better for op10-10 than op10/4. I will further improve my timings....
