Novelette in Fourths by Gershwin
on: January 20, 2012, 11:39:12 AM
Is anybody able to provide the piano sheet music for the above please. I can't find it on the usual sites.

Any help much appreciated. Thank you.

Having seen several performances on Youtube leads me to think that there may be several variations.

what are the usual sites? if it's not out of print usually amazon and sheetmusic plus are pretty good about at least having most american composers (the big ones anyways) for sale? are you outside the US? i could see how purchasing over seas can be tricky sometimes.

Here. It's taken from his 5 preludes. This particular work was written around 1919  :)

This must be one of Gershwin's most obscure piano works;I cant find them anywhere on the net. I got interested too. But unfortunately perhaps it is a bit too hard for me...Thanks for the effort of hunting down the sheet music.
