Fantastico!  In every sense of the word.  If I was going to split hairs I would like to hear the d-flat octave more evenly sonorous.  Maybe a bit more on the lower note.  It sounds a little to shrill.  But like I said, this is splitting hairs.  It was wonderful.  Would love to hear the second movement.

Very well controlled and articulated, congradulations. Most people would be used to the tempo being slightly faster but I don't mind this speed, it does however shave a little off the agitation effect. Thumbs up!

In the same register... awesome !
Very, very well done.   "Your version", you say.   Exactly, it is so personal, very original.   Allow me to say to you, and I'm really frank here - though I'm not a Prokofiev expert, I'm a huge Prokofiev-fan, and I like a lot of different interpretations of various pianists in the Prokofiev-repertoire - I have absolutely no remembrance of such an enjoyable interpretation of this third movement, it is, well, I think the best and most interesting I have ever heard.   If I were a producer interested in recording your version, I wouldn't hesitate, it is so original and it sounds so authentically 'Prokofiev' at the same time.  Not only is there no violence or too massive power and you give this movement instead, from the beginning to the end a something that is very hard to describe ; you express the typical Prokofiev wryness and truculence and there is in between the notes some funky cement and some kind of slick attitude in your playing that are pure joy to listen to.  It is truly awesome playing.  And what an absolute, perfect sense of keeping passionately the rhythm and the pace, again from the first note till the last one, it grabbed me.   Perfect, beautiful, beyond words.   This is art for me.   Brilliant.  For playing this movement like you do, you must also love what you are playing.   Thanks a lot man.
And kind greetings to you all.

Hi Alessandro,

I don't know how to tell you how I feel after reading your response: it touched me very deeply. I really, really appreciate that you took your time and effort to write such positive things about my video! Thanks a million times!!
I find very interesting what you say about 'to love what you are playing'. I think this is where all art starts and ends: whatever you do, do it with a lot of passion, love, enthusiasm. This is the main message I try to communicate to all my students as well and I think if there were a any secret to achieve anything worthwhile, I think and feel it has to do with this. That's why I like the process of working, practising, learning, exploring, etc. so much. It always feels therefore special when someone notices and mentions it.
Your and other responses encourage me even more to continue and to develop, so, again, thanks a lot for your reply!!!

All the best,
Robert
