Any real medical doctors out there? Wahls TED talk, diet

What's the medical community think of this?  Is eating like that going to dramatically improve life?    Assuming you're someone who generally eats healthy and isn't gorging on junk food all the time. 

It seems implied on some level that her veggie brain diet cured her MS.
