Late nineteenth century upright Piano

I'm currently looking at purchasing a nineteenth century German Upright Piano. From the seller's advertisement, it is a "German Antique Piano, Victorian Walnut circa 1870. Plays well, but needs tuning. Originally manufactured by H. Garn in Berlin. Purchased in Scotland. Beautiful woodwork and ivory keys." She said bought it 12 years ago from Scotland for 1200 and had it shipped over here for her daughter to play. Her daughter played on it for 2 years then started playing the flute, so it hasnt been tuned in 10-12 years. I went and looked at it and found that one of the hammers (?) got stuck when the key was pressed and some hit the strings with more ease than others, but the woodwork seems to have been refinished and is in very good condition. Shes only asking 600 for it but I have very little knowledge of pianos so I wanted some more qualified inputs before I invest in this. Here are some pictures

Looks nice, but the important and interesting part is the inside.
Upload photos from the inside if possible.
