the kabalevsky bach transcriptions are not too common these days might want to give those a listen and read, they're quite good actually.

Good heavens.  Define "lesser known"!  Lesser known than what?  The French Suites?  The Goldberg Variations?  The WTC?  Off hand there are probably several hundreds of keyboard pieces by Bach; perhaps thousands.  I haven't counted.  Granted that a substantial chunk of them are for organ, and require the resources of an organ (specifically the pedals, and frequently at least two manuals), but even so...

I would note, however, that none of it was written for piano; there weren't any.  Some of it is quite playable on a piano; some of it isn't -- but in any case, one must, please, adapt one's style to the music.

I believe the original question was very general, and meant lesser known as in repertoire rarely played or unheard of by most musicians. Not the commonly played French Suite or WTC P&F, but something more obscure.

Honestly though, to find some of Bach's lesser known keyboard works, just scroll around his IMSLP page for a while. I've been there a few times, and there are loads of pieces there that I've never even heard of.
