Hello all!

Huntersville United Methodist Church has an accompanist vacancy.  We are located at 14005 Stumptown Rd. in Huntersville, NC, just minutes north of Charlotte, NC.   Huntersville UMC is a church of more than 800 members.  We have a Baldwin upright piano in the choir room with a Young Chang grand piano in the Worship Center.  We also utilize a three manual Hammond organ with a full pedal board.  We are very active in outreach ministry and operate the one largest food pantries in the region.

To learn more about our church, visit:  https://humconline.org/

We are looking for a pianist who is well-rounded and able to perform on piano and organ.  We have a blended service and play traditional and contemporary music.  In the recent past we have performed choral works by Jay Althouse, Cindy Berry, Mark Hayes, and Handel.  Some of our recent contemporary works have been by Hillsong, Chris Tomlin, and Michael W. Smith.
It is a relatively light time commitment.  The pianist will be required at:

   Wednesday evening rehearsal (6:30-8:15pm)
   Sunday morning sound check (9:15-10:00am)
   One Sunday service (10:30-11:30am)
   Christmas Services

Pay is $150/wk.  I send all music out via email Monday morning.

To apply, send a resume to [email protected].  I greatly appreciate your time.  Thank you very much for reading!
