MacDowell and Miyoshi, Akira - print sheets

Hey, I'm looking for someone who can help me find online stores where I can order print editions of the following pieces:

MacDowell: 6 Idyls after Goethe, Op. 28; Sechs Gedichte nach Heinrich Heine, Op. 31
Miyoshi, Akira: 4 Piano Pieces

I need the MacDowell for a paper I'm writing. I currently have scores off IMSLP but that's not really satisfactory for performance editions (I'm playing the pieces in college lessons as well). The Miyoshi I'm just not having any luck at all finding. The set was composed in 1981, if that's any help. I have no problem if the edition is not in English, but I need to be able to pay with US currency. Thank you very much for your help.
