piece at the end of "the pianist"

hi, i was wondering if someone could help me by telling me the name of the concerto played at the end of 'the pianist' right before the ending credits. i've heard before it but i can't place the name or composer. thank you

Same, this has been bugging me ever since I saw the film! I know it but just can't think for the life of me what it is!

He was performing the poloniase section of the
Andante spianato and Grande polonaise brillante, Op. 22 .

it's not a concerto, it's Chopin's Grande Polonaise.  It doesn't need to be played with an orchestra, there is a all-piano version.

but of course the orchestration adds the extra touch of grandeur to the piece
