How old is my Carl Ecke piano?

I have an upright Carl Ecke piano. Inside is the number 18869.Does anyone know how old this piano is?

Carl Ecke #18869 has a build date of 1905

I have rights to my grandmothers Carl Ecke piano. I suppose smb could buy it from me.
But at first I want find out how old it is. I will very appriciate your help. The number inside is 14053.
