Chopin Sonata Nr 1. Presto

Hello everybody!

I'm 12 years old and studying calculus, linear algebra, geography, spanish, science, chemistry, physics, biology, medicine, language arts, management, accounting, marketing, abstract arts, fine arts, and music, and I am wondering if I can play the Rach 3.  I just did my third piano lesson today with my teacher and he says that I'm super good and super smart.

Any suggestions?

HAHAA okay okay, enough with the lame and outdated stuff, yeah... I'm interested to add a 3rd piece to my current study of repretoire, needless to say, Chopin's Sonata No.1, fourth movement.  It sounds super fun and has a plethora of leaps and jumps to keep my hands busy.

So...here comes the obvious question, "how hard is it oh dear Bernhard? Oh..I'm not so sure that I want to break my nails over this one" (in a sheepish coyish way)

Well, a better question is, how does it stack up in terms of difficulty compared to his other works?

It's pretty hard. It's hard to compare it, it's probably a little easier than the Sonata 3 Finale.

It's very different to normal Chopin, different techniques, hence why it is so hard to compare.

If you think you could play it, go for it!
