Toccata
on: March 18, 2012, 03:21:20 PM
Well, everyone hates (dislikes) rankings but they help a lot sometimes.  ;) Please rank or at least estimate the difficulty of Scarlatti's sonata in d minor k. 141 (Toccata) ,Chopin's Etude Op.10 No.7 often called ''Toccata'', Schumann's Toccata Op.7, Prokofiev's Toccata Op.11, Debussy Toccata from suite ''Pour le piano", Ravel's Toccata. Which one is the most difficult and most easy? Discuss. :)
Current repertoire:
Bach Toccata in E minor
Beethoven Sonata op.110
Rachmaninov Corelli Variations
Liszt Paganini Etudes No.2 and 6.
Strauss Burlesque in d minor, Brahms piano concerto No.2.
