Where can I find easy to read piano music

Hi all,
My first post :)
I would like to learn how to play the piano by ear and by sight notes.

The song I'm trying to learn now is My heart will go on
And i'm looking for some easy reading music for it.

Any sugestions on books to buy will help as well
