Can anybody give me some advice or suggest some material(websites, videos,etc.) about playing octaves efficiently?

nothing thats for free..
there's a fair chunk in vid 5 of taubman
alan fraser covers them in the craft of piano, and there's a bit of it for free in his marketing vid (look in the grieg morning mood thread, i linked to it there)
..other pedagogical refs.
...I'm not going to attempt to explain in words myself as that will be a failure.
