The Prodigy Who Saw Into the Future – Lili Boulanger’s Piano Music

A teenage girl with forward-looking ideas, Lili Boulanger had enough determination to successfully navigate the competitive, patriarchal, and conservative music scene of Paris. If any piano techs would mind helping me with some advice about an antique piano, it would be much appreciated!

I'm interested in this 1880 Knabe. It looks gorgeous but I'm wondering about the cost of repair.  I know that is impossible to diagnose a piano's issues from a few photos, but I noticed a separation of the pinblock from the frame.  The owner informed me that the strings, hammers and felts were replaced in the 1990's, and that the pinblock was re-glued.  I would like your opinion if a complete rebuild would be necessary to make this a playable instrument, or if a repair to the pinblock would be necessary, or if I could get away with just tuning and regulation?  What do you estimate approx. the total cost of repair just to make it playable?

Thank you for your help!
