If any piano techs would mind helping me with some advice about an antique piano, it would be much appreciated!

https://flic.kr/s/aHsjzkR58PI'm interested in this 1880 Knabe. It looks gorgeous but I'm wondering about the cost of repair. I know that is impossible to diagnose a piano's issues from a few photos, but I noticed a separation of the pinblock from the frame. The owner informed me that the strings, hammers and felts were replaced in the 1990's, and that the pinblock was re-glued. I would like your opinion if a complete rebuild would be necessary to make this a playable instrument, or if a repair to the pinblock would be necessary, or if I could get away with just tuning and regulation? What do you estimate approx. the total cost of repair just to make it playable?
Thank you for your help!
