Wurlitzer Grands
on: April 02, 2012, 02:52:06 AM
Hi. I've become interested in pianos recently and while browsing ebay listings, I stumbled upon a listing for a Wurlitzer grand. I never knew such things existed.
I watched a few youtube videos of people playing them and I have to say I quite like their sound. Very colorful.
Anyway, if anyone could tell me more about the history of these pianos, I'd be very appreciative. Google doesn't turn up much and Wurlitzer's Wikipedia page makes no mention of them ( just their electrics).
