So, i have been working on this wonderful piece but got some issues with pedalling. In moderato tranquillo part where are lots of staccato how to use pedal or maybe i dont use it at all? But then i can't get the legato where it is needed. Please explain me  :'(

I am neither a teacher nor a professional, but I picked this piece as part of my programme to pass my LTCL exam (UK) last year.  Hope you don't mind my silly opinions.

Your edition does not forbid you to use pedal in that section, whilst mine stipulates no pedal!  At the end, I decided to use a bit of pedal for chords that span beyond my hand limit, but I needed to change pedal frequently or make it short & clean in order not to disturb the interesting staccato effect.  There were also places where I pressed the pedal only 1/2 beat after and hold shortly to make the phrase sounds better.

If you have a grand piano, then it's much better (and easier!), because you can use the middle pedal for some of the bars (especially those where the melody is on left hand), which should give a better result than the right pedal.

At the end, I suggest you to explore and try differently to judge where you find your most preferred sound effects.  Good luck.
