I don't think attachments are available on every forum board. I don't know about Anything But. The Audition Room would have them for mp3's.
There should be a spot to attach files on the bottom of the a new reply page. Use the full reply or preview button instead of the quick reply.
I don't see the attachment option for this message. I expanded out the 'additional options' and it's not there either.
