What does your daily diet consist of?

You'd better reach for 5-10 servings of fruit and veggies a day to fight off cancer!

This is my usual diet but I don't eat all of this in one day!

Breakfast:

100 ml milk and 150 gr of cereal
1 Bagel with creamcheese and milk and juice
left over pizza and juice

Lunch:

Microwave dishes or Hot Stuffs
Sapporo Ichiban Instant Ramen (1 or 2 packs)
Pizza, Spagetti, Burgers
Apple or Orange
Side Salad
Rice and meatballs

Snack:

Cheesestrings or dunkaroos, cheese and crackers
Left over pizza or microwave TV dinners
Some veggies (brocoli and cheese, lettuce rolls)

Dinner:

Rice and chinese sides
Rice and soy-sauce, sesame oil
Rice and fish or chicken or beef
Rice and curry
Rice and salad, and chili
Steak
Instant Ramen
TV Dinner (when in a hurry)
large salad
Curry chicken, curry fish
Assorted Chinese veggies, fresh and cooked

I see that you eat alot of pizza that is LEFT OVER.  But you never eat fresh pizza.  So what's the deal?  Where is it coming from?   hahahaha ;D

I am interested in the Atkins diet- limiting refined carbohydrates-
I eat many legumes like brown beans and lentils.  Meats include chicken, fish (especially canned fried spicy crucian carp-yummy), and pork.  I have a bottle of V8 everyday, which leads to gas everyday..haha.. bring on the Beano! I like veggies like Broccoli and green beans.  My favorite veggie: Black Beans!! (I cant get enough black beans!)

I think the Canada Food guide isnt worth the paper it's printed on. (For you non canadians here, I am refering to the 4 food group pyramid)
now you think- no breads, no fibre!  So I take metamucil regularly.  For the heart, Salmon oil pills include omega 3 complexes.

I like my diet! I am losing fat tissue without exercising and feeling great!!  I go out to Dim Sum with my family at least 3 times a month.

I'm not crazy over any of these diets, I'm just crazy over the exercise routines more.

I'm not all that for Atkins, but I do like pasta and wheaties or whatever and yummm oh my bagels.

But I go on that eliptical machine sitting right behind me to my right at this moment and that thing makes me exert around 300 - 350 calories, plus working out on the "assisted resistance machine" helps to keep the excess calories, sugars down to about 1700 to 2400 a day.  But those darned instant noodles are my weakpoint....mmmmmm ... Monosodium Glutamate...my poisonous friend..(well not that poisonous...but)

And those krispy kremes...oh no, I'm lusting for sweets now, someone put a restraining order so I don't raid my fridge right now!  I'm gonnnaaaaaa.....

oh krispy kremes let me vomit those things are quite repulsive. spatula i don't know how you can eat pizza in the mornings that's gross.

i generally have like apple/orange juice and raison toast or pullapart bread for brekkie, snack on dried fruit and nuts or an apple or a date scone, then lunch can be anything from a sandwhich to salad to noodles to pork buns to sushi actually i eat a lot of sushi at uni cos it's cheap. then dinner is some form of meat with good old veggies, or stir fry or pasta. and then icecream or waffles for dessert. and then insert a daily dose of chocolate in there too. and lots of water i'm obsessed with drinking water i'll drink like a litre at a time it's great!

Water is my number one drink.  I now refuse coffee, only under very extreme circumstances like not being able to stay awak during work.

But I try to drink 2 to 3 litres of water daily.  I know I go pee a lot but its worth it.

And about the pizza...um its like maybe once every 6 months that I eat it before 10 AM.

Man, don't even mention the Habanero.  I had a run-in with one of those the other day, and my mouth burns just thinking about it.
