Early Boesendorfer 170, total weight?
on: April 21, 2012, 09:16:41 AM
Their new model is listed as 314kg. The model I am looking at is from the mid 1850's, with 85 keys. For transportation purposes, I am wondering how much heavier it will be. 400kg, 500kg, more?

I do not know the weight of this old Bösendorfer, but I would think that the weight it is less then the new one.
