Paul McCartney?

'm a beginner/intermediate pianist, and I'm really interested in playing some songs done by Paul McCartney on the Piano, they seem really easy, but I can't seem to hear or understand the chords to these songs, please it would help me a ton if someone can help me with the chords, I couldn't find any Sheet Music for these due to the fact there originals and bootleg. and Paul McCartney is why I picked up the Piano!

I really would like to play this for a local cabaret

If you want only the chords themselves you could look for some kind of tab that show them...
